Every guide is researched against current sources: cost figures come from published industry reports like Zonda’s Cost vs. Value and Angi’s cost guides, market data from the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, rules from Florida statutes and Collier County, and every store we recommend is verified as currently operating before it appears in a guide. When something changes, we update the article. If you spot an error, tell us and we will fix it.
